Goal setting in 2026. That actually works.
Most people are just getting through the day. So, how do we break that cycle? Jackson, co-founder of Advance CBD has some solutions to that.
And look—we get it. Life’s heavy. Busy. Full. But if you’re reading this, you’re not most people. You want to push things further. To build something that actually looks and feels like yours. Not just a life you landed in, but a life you chose.
So here’s the framework. Simple. Ruthless. Effective.
Step One: Visualise Without Limits
Start by asking yourself the question most people avoid:
What does your perfect day look like?
Not your okay day. Not your “someday” version. Your ideal.
Where are you waking up? What do your mornings feel like? How do you move through work, relationships, rest? What kind of energy do you bring to the people around you?
This isn’t about being realistic. This is about accessing vision.
Because if you can’t picture what you want—if you can’t feel it, write it down, stare it in the face—you’ll default to what everyone else is doing. You’ll “attend” your life, instead of owning it.
“Find people without goals just attending to live their life.”
Don’t be that person.
Step Two: Work Backwards
Once you’ve got the vision, it’s time to reverse-engineer it.
What needs to shift for that version of your life to become real? This is where clarity gets built—one part intention, one part honesty.
Look at your work. Are you doing what you want to do—or just what pays the bills? Is your time being spent or invested?
Look at your habits. Are you energised, sharp, mobile, present? Or are you surviving off coffee and stress?
Look at your relationships. Are they deep, fun, connected? Or stuck on repeat?
We’re not here to blow up your life. We’re here to make sure it’s yours.
Step Three: Take Action—Daily
This is where people love to dream—and then disappear.
They visualise. They journal. They get excited. But they don’t move. And without action, it’s all theatre.
So move. Cut the fluff. Break your vision into steps you can hit this week. Build habits that stack. Make the phone call. Cancel the distraction. Block out time to train. Say no more often. Set things in motion.
Big lives aren’t built from big talk. They’re built from consistent follow-through.
The hardest part? Starting.
The best part? Once you do, everything else starts to shift. Advance in 2026.
